$1000 will provide: medical care for two patients or dental care to three patients for one year.
$500 will provide: four dental visits or diabetic strips for two patients for one year.
$100 will provide : one medical visit including labs, x-rays and medication assistance for one patient.
$50 will provide : two months of diabetic testing strips for one patient, which will help them self-manage their disease
